Terms and Conditions – GroCook (Beta)

1. Service purpose

GroCook is a beta digital platform that provides informational tools to compare grocery prices, manage shopping lists and plan meals.

GroCook does not sell products and does not act as a commercial intermediary between users and supermarkets or brands.

2. Informational nature

Information shown (prices, availability and comparisons) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer.

Prices, promotions and availability may change at the final point of sale.

• Absolute accuracy or constant updates of prices.
• Real in-store product availability.
• Price validity at purchase time.

3. User registration

Registration is optional but required for some features. Users must provide accurate data and keep credentials secure.

• Confidentiality of access credentials.
• Proper use of the account and performed actions.
• Reporting any unauthorized account use.

4. Roles and features

GroCook uses internal technical roles (user, moderator, administrator) for access management. These roles do not imply employment or economic rights.

GroCook may change, expand or remove features during beta.

5. Collaborative prices

Users may submit observed prices from physical or online supermarkets.

These prices are informational and may be validated, reviewed or removed before publication.

GroCook does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted prices.

6. Use of the service

Users agree to use GroCook lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not post false or defamatory information.
• Do not reverse engineer or tamper with the system.
• Do not use GroCook for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

• GroCook does not guarantee continuous availability.
• GroCook is not liable for purchasing decisions or financial losses.
• GroCook is not liable for indirect damage or technical interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

Platform contents (texts, design, interfaces, databases and software) belong to GroCook or are properly licensed. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes

GroCook may update these terms to reflect technical, legal or functional changes. Updates will be published with a visible date.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish and EU law.
