▪ Key information
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Total time: 8 minutes
Rations: 2 toast
Ingredients
2 slices of good quality integral bread (or your favorite mother-mass bread).
1 mature avocado.
1 medium tomato (mature but firm).
1 garlic tooth (optional, to rub bread).
Extra virgin olive oil (to taste).
Sea salt or salt scales (to taste).
Grilled black pepper (to taste).
Optional: Fresh basil leaves, chia seeds or sesame to decorate.
♪ step by step ♪
Toss the bread: Toss the bread slices in a toaster or in a pan over medium heat until they are golden and crispy on the outside, but keep a tender point inside.
Aromatic (Optional): If you like an extra touch of taste, cut the garlic tooth in half and gently rub it on the surface of the still hot toast.
Prepare the avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone and remove the pulp with a spoon. Place it in a bowl and slightly machate it with a fork until it is creamy but with some pieces. Add a pint of salt and a few drops of olive oil.
Cut the tomato: Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices or small dice, as you prefer.
Mounting the toast:
It extends a generous layer of the crushed avocado over each slice of bread.
Place on top of the slices or tomato dice.
Season and decorate: A small chorrito of extra virgin olive oil, marine salt, black pepper to taste and decorate with basil leaves or seeds if you decide to use them. Ready to serve and enjoy!
